We help make the search easy by collecting all the current job needs, centralizing the provider database, and notifying you based on your location and specialty when opportunities arise.
Our mission is to improve community health through accelerated delivery of patient services. Our matching system ensures that more time is spent practicing medicine and saving lives.

Jon, a native of rural Iowa, attended Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan, before returning back to his midwest roots to go to the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine for medical school. During his time in graduate school, Jon came to have a passion for rural healthcare and their access to medical services. When COVID-19 struck, he saw the massive impact and strain that the pandemic would place on the healthcare system. He quickly then refocused his efforts to help alleviate the burden on hospitals and healthcare facilities everywhere.

Christian attended The University of Missouri where he studied mechanical engineering & played linebacker for the Mizzou football team. After graduation, Christian spent three years at Anheuser-Busch where he became the Director of IT Customer Success. Knowing he always had a passion for healthcare, Christian turned his attention to solving the problems in the delivery of medical services. With the rise in coronavirus, Christian knew his technical skills could be used to assist healthcare providers in finding areas that were hardest hit.

Matt spent his childhood in northwest Iowa and graduated from Grove City College in Pennsylvania after which he decided to return to Iowa to pursue his medical degree at Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City. Spending the vast majority of his life surrounded by rural medicine has allowed him to have first-hand knowledge of the problems and pitfalls plaguing not only the medical field in general but rural communities as well. He is excited to use his time and energy to help give back to the area he calls home.

Originally from Traverse City, Michigan, Curtis attended Indiana Tech University and Lawrence Tech University, where he studied Computer Science and Mathematics. Following his years at university, he’s contributed to the growth and success of startups across several sectors including Healthcare, Finance, Blockchain / Cryptocurrency, and Cloud Computing. Having spent time in both engineering and consulting roles, he’s had the opportunity to create solutions for a diverse array of issues. Now based in Nashville, Tennessee, he’s excited to introduce creative tech solutions that will enable tremendous improvements to healthcare providers across the country.

Dr. Walker, originally from Iowa City, attended Luther College in Decorah, Iowa before returning to Iowa City for medical school. He is now currently a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation resident at the University of Pennsylvania. While in medical school, he helped found the Healthcare Delivery Science, Management, and Policy distinction track at the Carver College of Medicine. It was through this process that he discovered how incorporating technology into medicine can improve the accessibly and quality of care delivered to rural populations. He is excited to use this knowledge to raise healthcare standards across his home state of Iowa and to #CombatCorona.

Dr. Abtahi was born and raised in a small town in southern Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri-Columbia where he obtained his B.S. in Biology in addition to earning his commission as a Second Lieutenant through the Air Force ROTC program. Dr Abtahi served as the head of Manpower and Personnel during his 4 years of active duty service before honorably discharging to pursue his dream of becoming a surgeon. He earned an M.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Missouri-St Louis before completing medical school at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr Abtahi arrived at the University of Iowa in 2018 after fulfilling a 6-year General Surgery residency at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He currently serves as the Chief Surgical Fellow for the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Richard, a native of Western Pennsylvania, completed his undergraduate degree in mathematics at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He subsequently earned an MA in mathematics from Western Michigan University and a PhD in educational measurement and statistics from the University of Pittsburgh. His 50+ year career spanned nearly four decades at ACT, the international testing company based in Iowa City, Iowa, where he served as CEO and Chairman for more than 20 years. His career includes executive and board roles in both established and start-up tech companies focused on meeting significant societal needs.

A partner in the Thompson Hine Corporate Transactions & Securities and Investment Management practices and the Family Office Services group, Richard primarily concentrates his focus on securities matters. Richard routinely advises a variety of investment management clients, including private equity funds, hedge funds, pension funds, fund of funds, independent sponsors, venture capital funds, broker-dealers, registered investment advisers and their investors, sponsors and principals. Outside of his law practice, Richard served three consecutive terms on the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Business Forum on Small Capital Formation. The forum has published recommendations to the White House. He is also a Board Director of The Hedge Fund Association.

John currently teaches at the University of Iowa Tippie School of Business. Aside from both graduate and undergraduate courses he is heavily involved in UI’s student and faculty start-up incubator and medical innovation endeavors. John also serves on several boards and is an advisor to InTandem Capital, a Private Equity firm which specializes in healthcare companies. John was based in Singapore and served as head of operations for eBay’s Asia Pacific region. In this role he was accountable for both domestic and cross-border operations, service delivery, cross border payments, risk, fraud management, as well supply chain logistics for both domestic/international shipping. Prior to that he was based in London where he oversaw third party partnerships and commercial agreements world-wide. Before joining eBay in 2009, John was Chief Information Officer for Clayton Holdings, Intuit Chief Technology Officer of EmployeeMatters, and as Vice President of Operations & Technology at Citibank Investment Services, and First Vice President of Electronic Trading Systems at Waterhouse Securities.

Eric founded Ancore Health in December 2016 in Franklin, TN. Eric has over 20 years of healthcare advisory experience in financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, technology innovation, and traditional consulting services in startup and publicly traded environments. Prior to Ancore Health, Eric spent 12 years at Southwind Health Partners and then The Advisory Board Company, most recently serving in an Executive Vice President role within the Consulting and Management Division. In this role, he led the financial operations consulting practice, including managing a team of interim CFOs, analysts, and consultants who provided operational analytics and financial modeling supporting practice management, value based care, hospital performance management, and strategy service lines. Furthermore, Eric's team developed a new business intelligence capability enabling medical groups to gain better insight into practice performance. He and his team fostered financially sustainable relationships between hospitals and physicians. Prior to Southwind, Eric served as Vice President of Finance and Administration in the Anesthesia Services Division of TeamHealth.

Kyle currently serves as the Vice President of Finance & Operations at UnityPoint Health - Grinnell Regional Medical Center, a premier rural hospital located in central Iowa. Prior to his current role, Kyle served as Vice President of Finance and Business Development, Assistant Vice President of Finance and Director of Revenue Cycle at Grinnell Regional Medical Center. Kyle received his B.A. in Health and Sport Studies from the University of Iowa and his Master of Health Administration from the University of Iowa. Kyle is a board certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a board certified Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Kyle is the past-president of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Iowa Chapter. He also serves as a council member on the University of Iowa College of Public Health Alumni Advisory Council. Locally, he served on the boards of the Grinnell Community Daycare and Preschool and the Grinnell Chamber of Commerce. His honors include the William G. Follmer, Robert H. Reeves and Frederick T. Muncie awards for his service to the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
