About the
Role
OpenLoop is seeking an experienced and driven Sr.
Technical Product Manager, Platform to take us to the next level. In this
high-impact role, you will work closely with key players across the
organization, aligning our vision across all applications, prioritizing the
needs of our internal teams and developers, all while managing complex technical
aspects. This position will ensure the overall alignment and
success of all related platform specialties, unifying each one’s vision,
strategy, team collaboration and successful execution.
The
ideal candidate for this role will have an understanding of both front-end and
back-end knowledge, and be able to speak to each side with technical
expertise.
What
You’ll Do:
- Own our platform strategy by developing and
executing the overall strategy, aligning it with OpenLoop's business objectives
and user needs.
- You
understand and can speak to back-end technologies in order to assess the
feasibility of features and integrations, ensuring that your product is
technically sound. This includes but is not limited to: databases, APIs, and
server-side logic, back-end architecture, specifically as it applies to
scalability, performance, and security.Maintain a balanced but strong
understanding of both front-end
and back-end aspects to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and
stakeholders
- Confidently own and manage critical platform
updates to key stakeholder and co-founders, responding to and managing time
sensitive requests, reports, and other platform data (i.e. progress reports,
performance metrics, roadmap updates, etc.)
- Drive technical innovation but
leading the development and optimization of core platform components, including
APIs, partner integrations, and cross-product capabilities like messaging and
telephony.
- Enhance workflow management by designing and implementing
robust user stories, and management solutions that streamline operations across
the platform.
- Leverage and spearhead AI capabilities within integrations and
development of AI-driven features to enhance our platform
- Ensure
scalability and stability over our platform's architecture, guaranteeing the
ability to support many products and services
- Ensure all
platform solutions maintain performance and reliability, through growth and
developments.
- Foster collaboration by working closely with various internal
teams to maintain a cohesive product vision across the platform.
- Define and
manage the platform roadmap, prioritizing technical requirements and feature
development.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and
maintain APIs, data infrastructure, and security protocols.
- Lead the
integration of third-party partners and services into the platform
ecosystem.
- Develop and implement cross-product capabilities such as
messaging and telephony systems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive API
documentation for internal and external developers.
- Establish
and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform health and
identify areas for improvement.
- Drive the development and integration of AI
capabilities across the platform.

Who You Are:
- Technical
degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Management or a related field / MBA is a
plus
- 7-10 years in product management, with a focus on platform or
technical product management.
- This position is an individual
contributor but will manage critical platform initiatives, and eventually, with
growth, will have the potential to manage and develop a small team of
product managers.
- Experienced and equally strong with both front-end
and back-end knowledge.
- Background in healthcare, particularly in a
similar intricate platform that offers various solutions, including tele-health
technology, HIPAA compliance, data security and medical knowledge
- Experienced
in navigating / managing competing priorities, keeping goals and due dates
aligned, in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience balancing
various opinions and team contributions, with the ability to filter through
healthy conflict and differing opinions, resulting in effective decision
making
- Proficient in AI technologies to enhance platform
capabilities.
- An expert in agile methodologies and creating performance
KPIs.
- Knowledgeable in messaging and telephony systems.
- Focused on
data-driven decision-making, identifying root causes of technical
issues.
- On top of market trend analysis to guide the platform and keep
the team informed
- An exceptional communicator, showing ability to
bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, guide conflicting
conversations, towards effective decisions, while ensuring healthy debate and
team collaboration
- Always ensuring work results builds credibility
through expertise and reliability.
- Dedicated to delivering
high-value platform features for end-users and stakeholders.
