About the Role
OpenLoop is looking for an Account Manager to join our team at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and goals for areas of upselling and cross selling.
What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and goals. Make recommendations such as website optimization, marketing activation, and revenue generation.
Performance Monitoring: Track client performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively addressing any challenges.
Account Activation: Work closely with individual clients and internal Marketing SME to ensure client offering is optimized and increase in revenue.
Account Expansion: Identify and promote additional services or features that align with client objectives, helping to expand account value.
Problem Resolution: Act as a trusted advisor, quickly resolving client issues and ensuring a positive experience.
Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (sales, product, customer support, etc.) to communicate client feedback and advocate for their needs.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to clients and stakeholders, showcasing the impact of our solutions on their operations.

Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
3 –5 years of experience in account management, client success, or a related role, ideally within a startup or healthcare/telehealth setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mentality.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools and account management software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot).
Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach to solving problems.
Knowledge of telehealth, healthcare systems, or SaaS solutions.
