About The Role
OpenLoop is
seeking a strategic powerhouse to lead our demand generation engine and fuel our
next wave of growth.
As Director of Marketing, Demand
Generation, you'll architect and execute effective activation campaigns that
drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads for our customers. You'll
blend a variety of marketing generation techniques, paired with creativity, and
tech-savvy strategy, to reach the right audience at the right time, with the
right message. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who’s just as
comfortable building strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves and working
side by side with the team.
Please Note:
This is a hybrid role that requires being onsite 3 days a week (Tuesdays,
Wednesday and Thursdays) at our Des Moines, Iowa headquarters.
What You’ll
Do:
- Build and lead our new SMB “brick
and mortar” (physical health care related businesses) growth marketing programs.
Our industry publications cover Meta ads, Google/YouTube Ads, email marketing,
conversion rate optimization, etc.
- Lead lifecycle marketing for our
self-serve SMB brick and mortar programs helping turn top of funnel interest
into customers and customers into high revenue generation
customers.
- Lead team managing “activation” efforts for our brick and mortar
customers to drive patient adoption.
- Lead and build out successful
pipeline generation efforts across new markets
- Run account based marketing
campaigns for our employer segment, running integrated campaigns across
advertising, email, events, direct mail, and more. Coordinate with our SDR/Sales
team on running integrated plays.
- Be available for 10%
travel
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of demand generation
marketing experience (high volume self serve B2B SMB experience a
plus).
- Experience with key metrics such as CAC, LTV, payback periods and
what levers drive these.
- Experience with account based marketing
fundamentals.
- Proven ability to work independently and be
comfortable “creating the path” rather than walking it.
- Recent,
hands-on experience, (within the last 3 years) executing campaigns within
marketing automation and ad platforms
- Minimum 3 years managing a high
performing marketing team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong
ability to communicate clearly and concisely within the immediate team, as well
as cross-functionally with different departments, and executive
levels.
- Fantastic organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency and
accountability.
- Bonus Points if you have experience in the following
areas:
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing
organization
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related marketing
strategies
