About The
Role
OpenLoop is seeking a
strategic powerhouse to lead our demand generation engine and fuel our next wave
of growth.
As the Sr.
Manager, Demand Generation (SMB), you'll architect and execute effective
activation campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads for
our small to mid-sized customers. You'll blend a variety of marketing
generation techniques, paired with creativity, and tech-savvy strategy, to reach
the right audience at the right time, with the right message. This is a hands-on
leadership role for someone who’s just as comfortable building strategy as they
are rolling up their sleeves and working side by side with the
team.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and lead our new SMB (Small &
Medium sized businesses) clients through growth marketing programs. These
“brick and mortar” clients (a.k.a. physical offices ) seek exciting and
competitive marketing solutions to drive growth to their
doors.
- This role will lead and further mature our industry publications, such as
Meta ads, Google/YouTube Ads, email marketing, and use data to drive these
efforts, through conversion rate optimization, etc.
- Lead lifecycle marketing
for our self-serve SMB brick and mortar programs helping turn top of funnel
interest into customers and customers into high revenue generation
customers.
- Lead team managing “activation” efforts for our brick
and mortar customers to drive patient adoption.
- Lead and build out
successful pipeline generation efforts across new markets
- Run account based
marketing campaigns for our employer segment, running integrated campaigns
across advertising, email, events, direct mail, and more.
- Partner and coordinate
with our Sales team on running integrated plays.
- Be available for 10%
travel
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of demand generation marketing
experience (high volume B2B SMB experience highly preferred)
- Experience with key
metrics such as CAC, LTV, payback periods and what levers drive
these.
- Experience with account based marketing fundamentals.
- Proven ability to
work independently and be comfortable “creating the path” rather than walking
it.
- Recent, hands-on experience, (within the last 3 years) executing
campaigns within marketing automation and ad platforms
- Minimum 3 years managing
a high performing marketing team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to
communicate clearly and concisely within the immediate team, as well as
cross-functionally with different departments, and executive levels.
- Fantastic
organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency and
accountability.
- Bonus Points if you have experience in the following areas:
- Experience
working in a startup or fast-growing organization
- Knowledge of the
healthcare industry and related marketing strategies
