Sr. Manager, Product Marketing

About The Role

OpenLoop is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take our messaging to the next level. You will work closely with our product team to create marketing and sales messaging that positions OpenLoop as the leading telehealth platform. We’re looking for a "thinker-doer" who loves both the strategic element of product marketing and is energized by building. We keep meetings minimal and focus on shipping great work, fast. We experiment, build, obsess over the data, and incorporate AI in everything that we do. We’re looking for someone who likes to work that way too.

Please note:  This position requires a hybrid schedule, consisting of working 3 days a week onsite, at our HQ in Des Moines, IA.   Please apply only if you are able to fulfill this requirement.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with our product team to translate products into effective sales and marketing messaging.
  • Be influential in creating the new OpenLoop brand.
  • Create modular sales decks for use across a wide variety of industries and clients.
  • Create hyper specific decks working closely with sales to win strategic deals.
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and how OpenLoop fits into the landscape.
  • Create competitor battle-cards to arm sales with improved competitive insight.
  • Be available for 10% travel.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are: 

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience with a preference for start ups or high growth companies.
  • You have a strong background in product marketing or product management.
  • You have proven experience working with product management and sales teams.
  • Recent, hands-on experience, (within the last 3 years) creating sales decks and battlecards.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely within the immediate team, as well as cross-functionally with different departments, and executive levels.
  • Fantastic organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in the healthcare industry and related marketing strategies.
