Sales Enablement Specialist

OpenLoop is looking for an innovative, analytical, and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Specialist to join our HQ team in Des Moines, Iowa.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, process improvement, training and development, and sales success. This role will be a member of the Marketing Team, collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing to support the sales organization (both new business and account management) across:

  • Onboarding and continued skill advancement
  • Collateral creation and resource development
  • Prospecting strategy and messaging
  • Process design, roll-out and optimization
  • Data capture, cleanup and reporting in CRM

About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Researching the latest sales tactics to stay current on trends and sharing key findings across the team
  • Building onboarding and continued training resources that scale
  • Identifying sales pain points from lead generation through contract signing to design effective solutions
  • Managing sales processes across creation, communication & training, implementation, and ongoing performance measurement
  • Collecting, interpreting, and reporting on sales data within the team and to leadership
  • Managing sales data input and cleanup, as well as building needed dashboards and reports
  • Measuring sales campaign success to identify what's working and what's not

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years of marketing, training, operations, or sales enablement experience
  • High-level knowledge of CRM systems and data reporting (we use Zoho)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to sales processes and business drivers
  • Passion for creating compelling marketing content that converts
