About the Role

  • Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee accounts receivable: invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Manage accounts payable: vendor invoices, timely payments, and issue resolution.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and verify discrepancies.
  • Support payroll and payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (NIIF/IFRS), regulations, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with EY for monthly close, tax filings, and annual audits.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify process improvements.
  • Identify and implement efficiency improvements in accounting operations.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, ideally with a mix of public accounting (Big 4) and tech industry experience.
  • Strong understanding of NIIF (IFRS) and reporting processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, NetSuite) and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Advanced English level (C1/C2) – you will be working in English with US-based teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
