About the Role
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring
accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee accounts
receivable: invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation of
discrepancies.
- Manage accounts payable: vendor
invoices, timely payments, and issue resolution.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify
discrepancies.
- Support payroll and payment
processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Ensure
compliance with accounting standards (NIIF/IFRS),
regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate
with EY for monthly close, tax filings, and annual
audits.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and
identify process improvements.
- Identify and
implement efficiency improvements in accounting
operations.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, ideally with a
mix of public accounting (Big
4) and tech industry experience.
- Strong understanding of NIIF (IFRS) and reporting
processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage
Intacct, NetSuite) and MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Advanced English level (C1/C2) – you will be working in
English with US-based teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and
communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable
working independently.
