About the Role OpenLoop is looking for a Clinical Payroll Lead to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing our clinician payroll from end to end. You’ll be the go-to person for all things pay — managing the process, solving discrepancies, rolling out rate changes, and building smarter tools to make payroll faster, easier, and more transparent. In this role, you will be responsible for critical marketing decisions, driven by smart digital analytics, and consumer insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong handle on Conversion Rate Optimization tools, and the ability to make impactful decisions, based on these findings. What You’ll Do: * Build high performing patient intake funnels for leading telehealth brands. * Rapidly run high impact CRO tests across customer landing pages and intake funnels to drive revenue. * Work with customers to come up with and test conversion rate hypotheses quickly. * Run CRO tests across OpenLoop owned web properties to drive pipeline and revenue. * Report experiment results to customers and management. * Be a strategic piece of helping our customers grow rapidly and reduce CAC.
