Job Summary The Controller is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations of the company. This position will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining robust internal controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting and Compliance * Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements * Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations.
