About the Role OpenLoop is looking for a Web Designer to join our team at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for creating front-end designs for B2B and D2C websites, owning multiple sites across the OpenLoop brand and partners. You will collaborate cross functionally to optimize user experience, site performance, and conversion. Design branded landing pages, digital ads, and support marketing collateral, including printed materials and product packaging, ensuring a consistent, high-quality brand experience. IMPORTANT NOTES:  * We are seeking local candidates (in or near Des Moines), in order to fulfill the hybrid in-office schedule requirement.  The required days onsite will be Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays.   Relocation is not offered for this position.  * This is NOT a UX/UI Designer position. This is a Web Designer role that will focus on the overall visual design and layout of websites, including its aesthetics and technical implementation.  This role does not work on product design for the user.   What You'll Do * Own the design and iteration of multiple websites across the OpenLoop brand and company partners. * Design branded, high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns. * Work closely with our conversion rate optimization team. You’ll dive deep into the data to understand what’s working, what’s not, and create new designs to drive rapid growth. * Work closely with the web development team to ensure designs are accurately translated into code. Be obsessive about quality and site performance. * SEO is critical to our business. You will work with our SEO team to design with site speed and structure in mind.  * Design digital image ads for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn. * Work collaboratively with the design team to support other projects, including printed materials such as sales brochures, presentations, product labels, posters, fliers, and direct mail materials (branded boxes, post cards, etc) as needed. * Other duties as assigned.   Who You Are * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communications, or a related field required. * 5+ years of front end web design experience focused on websites and landing pages. * Proficiency with CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress), Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. * Strong analytical mindset; able to leverage engagement and conversion data to optimize user journeys.
