This role will be responsible for establishing operational excellence and building out the IT team at OpenLoop from the ground up. This leader will be a member of the Development Team, collaborating closely with the Chief Technology Officer and HR team. About the Role OpenLoop is looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team remotely or at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. This role will be a member of the Customer Success team, collaborating closely with the Director(s) of Customer Success to ensure a seamless user experience for clients from contract signing through relationship growth. In this role you will build a client relationship post implementation phase, focusing on maintaining a strong partnership and ensuring the clients continue to see value in our services.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. OpenLoop is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team. This role will be a member of the Implementation team and will be responsible for implementing and managing clients in an OpenLoop service line care vertical. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating technology and coordinating support resources for clients, products, or programs. About the Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Lead the technical implementation of client integration projects, including scoping, mapping, and configuration. * Work closely with internal teams and our clients to gather and define program requirements, ensuring a seamless implementation. Foster a collaborative and communicative team environment. * Develop and implement integration strategies using OpenLoop’s APIs, middleware, or other technologies to ensure data flow between systems. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, providing expert-level guidance on integration best practices. * Conduct system tests and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure successful deployment of client solutions. * Maintain technical documentation including api documentation, integration flows, and data mappings for all client integration projects. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and data governance requirements during integration. * Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in system integration and make recommendations for enhancements. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in systems integration, product or program implementation, or a similar technical role. * 3+ years of experience leading end to end client engineering solutions projects with technical and operational teams in a start-up or healthcare environment preferred. * Strong knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. * Proficiency in programming languages is highly preferred. * Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Must be a proactive, quick learner with problem solving skills.
