In this role, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing our clinician payroll from end to end. You’ll be the go-to person for all things pay — managing the process, solving discrepancies, rolling out rate changes, and building smarter tools to make payroll faster, easier, and more transparent. ABOUT THE ROLE OpenLoop is looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Engineering to join our team in our Nashville, TN office**. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of our technology roadmap, lead high-performing engineering teams, and integrating advanced and scalable solutions into our digital health platform. **Please Note: We’re growing and opening a new office in Nashville, TN (address TBD). What You’ll Do: * Build and lead our new ABM growth marketing programs, including but not limited to developing comprehensive strategies, outlining specific goals, and targeting key audiences. * Create and curate personalized content, including but not limited to emails, websites, social media posts, and other materials, that resonates with the specific needs and interests of our clients * Report out on the progress of all campaigns and associated metrics to stakeholders, documenting best practices and key learnings. * Run account based marketing campaigns across advertising, email, events, direct mail, and more. * Partner and coordinate with our Sales team on running integrated plays. * Build trusting relationships within target accounts, with the goal to expand business and retain our valued customers. * Be available for 10% travel. * Other duties as assigned. About the Role OpenLoop is looking for a Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for being the internal expert on complex and evolving accounting topics such as revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting (ASC 842), stock-based compensation, business combinations (ASC 805), and others. The position will provide accounting leadership and due diligence support for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives, ensuring proper treatment and alignment with reporting requirements. As we scale, a dedicated resource ensures our accounting policies, memos, and disclosures evolve appropriately. You’ll own the configuration and performance of systems like Amazon Connect, Twilio, and Zoho Desk, ensuring seamless communication across the customer journey.
