About The Role: OpenLoop’s AI-first care delivery platform is scaling fast. We’re seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead AI strategy and execution to support that growth. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of artificial intelligence, healthcare, and product innovation. ABOUT THE ROLE OpenLoop is looking for a Business Process Specialist to join our team remotely or at our headquarters in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving workflows across our virtual care ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in identifying bottlenecks in patient workflows, monitoring queues, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. While experience with AI-driven process automation is a plus, it is not required.
