This role will be a member of the Finance Team, collaborating closely with CFO, leadership team, and cross-functionally. The FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support. This individual will be responsible for creating financial models, analyzing financial performance, and providing insights to guide business strategies and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary on financial performance. * Analyze financial statements, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for management. * Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, working closely with various departments to gather input and ensure accuracy. * Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and providing recommendations for corrective actions. * Support strategic planning initiatives by analyzing financial data and trends to assist in the development of business strategies.
