About The Role OpenLoop is looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team remotely or onsite at our HQ in Des Moines, IA.  In this role, you will be a key member of the finance/accounting team playing a hands-on role in building scalable accounting processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. About the Role OpenLoop builds the platform behind virtual care and modern care delivery. As Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), you will define and own our enterprise compliance strategy and operating model. You’ll design and scale a risk-based program covering clinical, pharmacy, privacy-adjacent, security-adjacent, and commercial activities. About the Role OpenLoop is looking for a Nurse Practitioner Team Lead to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for working with and managing our talented and growing group of providers (largely 1099) to ensure safe and effective care via telehealth across a variety of clients and conditions.  The role will be split between clinical and administrative duties. Responsibilities will include providing direct patient care via both asynchronous and synchronous consults in states of active licensure and collaboration. About the Role OpenLoop is looking for a Sr. Director of Workforce Management to join our team remotely or at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, modeling, and forecasting of our extensive clinician workforce, which is largely 1099. This critical role will oversee workforce analytics, cost optimization, and risk management for OpenLoop's rapidly expanding network professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for being the internal expert on complex and evolving accounting topics such as revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting (ASC 842), stock-based compensation, business combinations (ASC 805), and others. The position will provide accounting leadership and due diligence support for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives, ensuring proper treatment and alignment with reporting requirements. As we scale, a dedicated resource ensures our accounting policies, memos, and disclosures evolve appropriately.
