About the Role OpenLoop is looking for a Call Center Operations Manager to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the quality, efficiency, and scalability of our support operations. You’ll oversee the daily performance of our call center and use real-time insights, systems expertise, and strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure we’re delivering exceptional service to every patient. In this role, you will be responsible for managing provider licensing from application through renewal. You’ll work closely with providers, internal teams, and state boards to ensure timely, compliant licensure. About the Role OpenLoop is looking for a Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily office and administrative functions. The position will provide accounting leadership and due diligence support for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives, ensuring proper treatment and alignment with reporting requirements. As we scale, a dedicated resource ensures our accounting policies, memos, and disclosures evolve appropriately.
