About the Role
OpenLoop is looking for
a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Lima, Peru. In
this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team with
coordination, communication, and operational tasks while getting hands-on
exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle.
What You'll
Do
- Coordinate and schedule phone screens, onsite
interviews, and virtual interviews across multiple time zones.
- Facilitate onsite interviews, including preparing and organizing
interview rooms, ensuring all equipment is tested and functioning properly, and
supporting smooth day-of interview logistics.
- Manage all interview
logistics, including rooms, materials, and candidate support.
- Serve
as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process,
ensuring timely communication and a welcoming experience.
- Manage
candidate communication and ensure a smooth, professional
experience.
- Support job postings across platforms and ensure
consistent branding.
- Maintain accurate data in our Applicant
Tracking System and recruiting trackers.
- Assist with sourcing and
initial outreach to candidates as needed.
- Support recruiting team
with ad hoc projects, reporting, and process improvements.
- Learn
the fundamentals of recruiting, TA operations, and candidate
experience.
- Take initiative to learn and support across all areas
of talent acquisition.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources or related
field.
- Involvement in college (clubs, athletics, student org
leadership, campus jobs, internships, etc.) demonstrating initiative, teamwork,
or project ownership.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
with strong follow-through.
- Confident communicator across email, phone,
and video.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using spreadsheets,
dashboards, and data.
- Hungry to learn, take initiative, and grow
in a fast-moving environment.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable
with tools like Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, MacBook; ATS experience a
plus.
- Fluency in English (C1) and excellent written and
verbal communication skills.
- Available to work on a hybrid
work model.
