About the Role
OpenLoop builds the platform behind virtual care and modern care delivery. As
Head of Revenue Operations, you will own the end to end revenue engine across
Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will be responsible for building the
systems, processes, and operating rhythm that enable predictable growth, clear
accountability, and data driven decision making. This role is both strategic and
hands on, partnering closely with executive leadership to scale the business
efficiently while preserving speed and flexibility.
What You'll
Do
- Own and optimize the full revenue lifecycle,
from lead generation through retention, expansion, and renewals
- Design
and run revenue planning, forecasting, and performance management across Sales,
Marketing, and Customer Success
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics to
improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline quality, deal prioritization, and
retention insights
- Build and evolve the revenue operations tech stack,
including CRM, AI enabled tools, analytics, and reporting infrastructure
- Establish clear metrics, dashboards, and operating cadences that drive
visibility, alignment, and accountability
- Partner with Sales and
Marketing leadership to apply data and insights to improve conversion, velocity,
and unit economics
Who
You Are
- A proven
Revenue Operations leader with experience scaling B2B and/or healthcare
technology organizations through periods of growth and change
- 10+ years of professional experience, including
6+ years in senior Revenue Operations or GTM operations leadership roles
- Highly analytical with strong business
judgment; able to translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations,
and decisive action
- Comfortable operating at both the executive and
execution levels, building while leading
- A trusted, collaborative partner who aligns Sales, Marketing,
Finance, and Product around shared revenue goals
- Experience with modern revenue technology stacks and CRM-driven
operating models
- Structured,
pragmatic, and outcomes-focused, with a strong bias toward clarity, simplicity,
and execution
