About the Role

OpenLoop is looking for a Director of Technical Implementation to join our team Remotely or at our HQ in Des Moines. This role will be a member of the Implementation Team, collaborating closely with the Sr. Director of Customer Solutions & Implementation.

What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee the implementation roadmap to ensure successful client onboarding and solution deployment.
• Lead and mentor a team of implementation specialists, project managers, and technical consultants.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their workflows, objectives, and customization needs.
• Drive strategic planning sessions to align project timelines, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address potential risks or delays.
• Create and refine implementation processes, tools, and documentation for scalability.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize integrations.
• Measure success metrics for implementation projects and report outcomes to leadership.
• Partner with the sales team to support pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations.
• Provide feedback to product teams to guide feature development based on client needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in implementation, client success, or project management, preferably in a B2B healthcare or SaaS environment.
• Proficient in coding and API integrations, with hands-on experience working with webhooks to automate workflows, enhance system communication, and improve data synchronization across platforms.
• Proven track record of leading complex enterprise implementations with measurable outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, JIRA, Smartsheet).
