Educate patients on obesity self-management skills, including medication adherence, nutrition, and exercise. Utilize motivational interviewing and behavior-change strategies to support patients in achieving obesity management goals. Monitor patient progress, follow up on patient concerns, and make adjustments to care plans as needed. Communicates effectively with other providers, including using comprehensive charting and messaging. Delivers patient care that balances the best that medical science has to offer, patient preferences and values, and invests in patients' future confidence and skills. Provide feedback about opportunities to improve the quality of care and operational processes. Stay current with obesity care best practices (for both adults and adolescents), tools, and telemedicine innovations to continually improve patient support and outcomes.  Requirements REQUIRED: Certification as a Registered Dietitian (multiple state licenses is a plus)  REQUIRED: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with adult and adolescent patients with obesity, with at least a portion of this in a telemedicine setting. REQUIRED: Strong knowledge of obesity management, medications, education, lifestyle interventions, and self-care strategies. REQUIRED: Ability to work certain early morning, late evening, and weekend hours. Previous experience in a role as an educator working within multidisciplinary teams preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support patients in a virtual setting. Telemedicine or virtual care experience is a plus. Competent in providing patient education at every visit. Proficiency with technology and assisting patients with troubleshooting technical difficulties that may occur in the home environment. Adept with Google Suite and multiple Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. Experience with Zoho is a plus.  Timely and professional. Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a commitment to improving patients' quality of life. Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus.
