About the Role

OpenLoop is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team remotely or at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. The ideal candidate will bring years of experience to support the Data Analytics team, to support the growth of OpenLoop with robust reporting and analytical support. This role will leverage data, based on sophisticated reporting, contributing to patient care, optimizing our platform, and driving key business decisions.  This role will be responsible for analyzing health-related data, identifying trends in telemedicine usage, and working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize tele-health services and improve patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Strategic oversight over more sophisticated data management and design of data models
• Gather and ensure data is clean from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Predictive analysis utilizing statistical techniques to highlight forecasts and trends, using technical tools, such as SQL, Excel, R, Python.
• Manage recurring reports and analysis towards identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Support and guide junior level analysts with higher level request and analysis, as needed
• Create detailed reports and visualizations (e.g., dashboards, graphs, charts) to present findings to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations and customer success management, to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes.

Who You Are:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Required)
• Solid proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) (Required)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly, to both technical and non technical users.
• Experience creating visually appealing presentations to deliver data
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to handle last minute requests  with regards to reports and other data
• Must have ability dealing with high pressure / fast paced environments
• Proficiency in Zoho Analytics strongly preferred
• Healthcare industry experience a plus, but not required
