Sr. Manager of Creative Marketing

About The Role

OpenLoop is seeking a talented and creative Sr. Manager of Creative Marketing to support our exciting growth. This position is given the opportunity to build and continuously shape our brand's identity and directly contribute to customer success.  The ideal candidate for this role will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment,  pushing creative boundaries, and seeing their designs and ideas come to life.  This role will lead and and define various marketing strategies in a blend of both physical and digital design, with hands-on commitment to day to day projects. 

This invaluable team player works closely with developers, marketing, sales, product, and critical stakeholders, to elevate our brands and drive performance across all stages of the customer journey.

NOTE:  This is a hybrid role. It will require working 3 days onsite at our Des Moines office, on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the design and iteration of multiple websites across OpenLoop brands.
  • Design high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns.
  • Highlight and promote a variety range of medical services and products, its benefits and success stories, geared towards capturing the customer, ultimately towards account activation / purchase
  • Create evolving activation marketing strategies with intentional purpose towards revenue generation. 
  • Create and utilize SEO conversion optimization tests, to understand what’s working, what’s not, and create new designs to drive rapid growth.
  • Work closely with our web development team to ensure designs are accurately translated into code.
  • Focus on quality, site performance, speed and structure, across all websites, landing pages and marketing designs
  • Partner with sales and other internal teams, to create materials such as sales brochures, posters, fliers, and direct mail materials (branded boxes, post cards, etc).
  • Support customers with various creatives (i.e. digital, printed materials, marketing kits, QR codes, pop-ups, etc.)
  • Own the style of our digital, print advertising, and brand awareness across social, displays, and various other channels. 
  • Ensure designs and marketing philosophies remain agile and fresh, using a variety of formats and approaches, to meet the customer wherever needed

Who You Are: 

  • 7+ years of combined experience with both digital and printed marketing design. specifically in the areas of healthcare / medical specialty products and services, to support a variety of OpenLoop customers. 
  • Years of proven experience with creating and building marketing campaigns, across different mediums, specifically designed towards calls to action = customer activation = revenue generation.
  • Experienced in crafting a variety of marketing collateral, that will reach diverse audiences from different walks of life and healthcare goals, such as:
    • printed materials, cards, marketing kits, branded swag, magazine ads and healthcare publications 
    • digital outreach such as Google Ads, Social Media & Lead Generation
  • Experienced and savvy with SEO data, in order to effectively design websites and landing pages, providing a seamless user experience
  • Are well versed with Wordpress 
  • An effective and organized communicator and presenter, prepared to share ideas across numerous stakeholders. 
  • Able to successfully navigate and decipher needs, from tough criticism, and feedback, staying cool under pressure,, focused on the goal and meeting tight deadlines.
  • This is an key Lead role within our organization, that provides strategic direction, in conjunction with directly creating, and managing day to day marketing design, hands on.  It does not have any direct reports at this time, but this could eventually change with the growth of our organization,. 

Bonus Points

While not required, any of the following experience is a nice plus:

  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing organization.
  • Experience with high volume, transactional eComm design is a big plus. 
  • Experience with HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related marketing strategies.

Salary Range: $ 120k / annual salary
