About the Role
OpenLoop is hiring a Patient Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you'll deliver high-quality, empathetic support to patients while quickly becoming a subject matter expert across patient care functions. You'll identify gaps in care, propose improvements, and ensure a seamless experience tailored to each client’s needs. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, proficiency with multiple software platforms, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.
