About the Role:
OpenLoop is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for helping grow our customer base and drive revenue. You’ll play a key role in identifying prospects, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, a knack for building relationships, and a hunger to exceed targets.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business.
Local to the Des Moines, IA area.
2+ years of B2B sales experience ideally in telehealth, SaaS, or healthcare technology.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Previous experience working in a startup is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with telehealth trends and regulations.
Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot.
