Inside Sales Representative

About the Role:

OpenLoop is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for helping grow our customer base and drive revenue. You’ll play a key role in identifying prospects, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, a knack for building relationships, and a hunger to exceed targets.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Prospecting and generating new leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.

  • Managing a sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Conducting product demonstrations and presenting tailored telehealth solutions to prospective clients.

  • Collaborating with potential clients to understand their unique needs and develop customized proposals.

  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals to secure new business.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Staying informed about telehealth industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

  • Partnering with internal teams (like marketing, customer success, and product) to deliver an exceptional client experience.

  • Other duties as assigned

 

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business.

  • Local to the Des Moines, IA area.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience ideally in telehealth, SaaS, or healthcare technology.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.

  • Previous experience working in a startup is strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with telehealth trends and regulations.

  • Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot.

Remote Salary Range
$50,000$65,000 USD
