About the Role
OpenLoop is looking for
a Director Revenue Operations to join our team remotely or at
HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for driving
operational excellence across our marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
This key leadership role will focus on optimizing marketing lead flow, demand
generation processes, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) mapping, and leveraging
data-driven insights to ensure scalable growth. Additionally, you will manage
the deal desk and quote approval processes, while serving as the Chief of Staff
to the CCO, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment across
revenue-generating functions.
What
You'll Do
- Optimize lead handoff processes;
collaborate on ICP-focused campaigns; analyze and improve program
performance.
- Develop and refine ICPs to guide targeting,
segmentation, and resource allocation across teams.
- Build
analytics frameworks; deliver actionable insights on pipeline and retention;
ensure data quality and accessibility.
- Design scalable sales
processes and methodologies; improve pipeline management and forecasting in
partnership with sales leadership.
- Equip revenue teams with
tools, content, and training; lead onboarding and enablement in collaboration
with L&D.
- Manage quote-to-cash process; approve pricing and
terms; ensure compliance and streamline approvals.
- Improve workflows across RevOps; drive cross-functional alignment and
automation using CRM tools.
- Support CCO with strategic planning,
project execution, and executive-level reporting and communications.
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are
- 8+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops,
or Marketing Ops in high-growth B2B (SaaS/Tech preferred)
- Deep
expertise in sales process design, enablement, and deal desk
operations
- Skilled in driving lead flow, demand generation, and
ICP development
- Strong data-driven decision-making and process
optimization abilities
- Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho,
and marketing automation tools
- Experience optimizing CRM
workflows, lead scoring, and quote-to-cash
- Proven cross-functional
leadership and project execution
- Analytical mindset with strong
communication and executive-facing skills
- Prior Chief of Staff or
executive advisory experience preferred
