Project Manager

United States - Remote

About the Role

OpenLoop is looking for a Project Manager to join our team remotely or at our HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor within our newly formed Project Management Office (PMO), driving internal enterprise-wide initiatives that support the growth and scalability of our organization. While you may occasionally support client implementation projects, your primary focus will be on internal strategic projects that span across multiple departments.

You'll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across teams—including Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Clinical, Sales, and Customer Success—to align efforts, streamline execution, and ensure project success. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments and is skilled at turning complex ideas into actionable, trackable plans.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of internal enterprise projects, including cross-functional initiatives that impact key operational, technical, and business processes.
  • Maintain and track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful, on-time, and within-scope execution.
  • Serve as a key point of coordination between departments to align priorities, remove blockers, and ensure project success.
  • Use Monday.com as the central project management tool to track tasks, timelines, dependencies, and status updates.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, including status reporting and project documentation.
  • Support occasional client-facing implementation projects as needed, in collaboration with the Launch Control and Implementation teams.
  • Perform light technical configuration or system setup to support internal project needs when applicable.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; background in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS is a plus.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital health, healthcare technology, or SaaS environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional, enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Experience working within a formal PMO structure is a plus.
  • Experience with Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools is required.
  • Experience with Miro or other visual collaboration tools is preferred.
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; able to translate business needs into execution plans.
  • Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
  • Calm under pressure and thrives in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
  • Organization & Communication: You’re able to keep multiple priorities on track and ensure clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Taking Initiative & Keeping Focus: You’re proactive in identifying what needs to get done and persistent in driving it forward, even amid ambiguity.
  • Holding Accountability & Following Up: You hold yourself and others to high standards, follow through on commitments, and ensure progress is sustained.
Remote Salary Range
$85,000$100,000 USD
