Ensure compliance with employment laws and OpenLoop policies, while maintaining a strong employee advocacy mindset.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Operations) to streamline processes and enhance employee experience.
  • Execute tasks related to business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning as R&D continues to scale.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Experience supporting fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments; healthcare or tech experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical and data-driven, using insights to guide decisions and shape people strategy.
