Conduct regular chart reviews and performance audits to assess the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and actionable solutions. Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff focused on documentation, quality standards, and evidence-based practices. Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical quality, providing guidance and support to various departments within the organization. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on clinical quality initiatives and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders. Foster a culture of quality improvement by encouraging team participation in initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety and care quality. Embrace flexibility and adaptability to keep pace with the rapidly evolving telemedicine landscape, integrating new approaches as needed. Requirements Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) advanced nursing degree. Board certification in relevant specialties (Family Nurse Practitioner or adult gerontology) is required. PREFERRED: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification  REQUIRED: 2-3 years of experience in healthcare quality management or clinical operations, ideally within a telemedicine or digital health environment. REQUIRED: Previous experience in telemedicine, with familiarity in telehealth systems and regulations REQUIRED:  Proficiency across a tech stack that includes Google Suite, Slack, Zoho Analytics, and multiple EHR systems. Strong understanding of evidence-based clinical practices to effectively develop quality improvement initiatives.. Experience conducting clinical audits and chart reviews, with the ability to identify gaps in care and implement corrective actions. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, capable of influencing clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in building and analyzing data and metrics to drive clinical performance improvements and develop actionable strategies. Experience training and mentoring staff on clinical quality standards and best practices. Innovative mindset, willing to explore new methods and technologies to enhance patient care quality and operational efficiency.
