Spoke on the ViVE 2026 Stage
CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing took the stage at ViVE 2026, one of digital health's premier conferences, speaking on The Business Model of Prevention — addressing what it will take to redesign incentives so clinicians are rewarded for keeping patients healthy, not just treating illness.
OpenLoop Acquired Season Health
In April, OpenLoop acquired Season Health, a leading nutrition platform, adding a growing network of registered dietitians and an end-to-end food-as-medicine solution to its infrastructure. The acquisition deepens OpenLoop's chronic care capabilities, with particular relevance for conditions like diabetes, PCOS, and cardiovascular disease — where nutrition is clinical, not supplemental.
Partnered with Happy Sleep to Close the Sleep Care Gap
OpenLoop partnered with Happy Sleep to bring FDA-cleared at-home sleep diagnostics to partner patients. The Happy Sleep ring delivers clinically validated at-home sleep diagnostics for review by a board-certified sleep physician–a meaningful step toward addressing the large percentage of adults with obstructive sleep apnea who remain undiagnosed.
The partnership was featured on NYSE Live, where CEO Dr. Jon Lensing joined host Johanna Grossman to discuss the launch and OpenLoop's broader vision for accessible, convenient care.
OpenLoop Brings Turnkey Virtual Care to Market with Launchpad
In June, OpenLoop introduced the new operating system for virtual care — Launchpad. A turnkey platform that enables organizations to launch a virtual care brand in as little as 24 hours. By bringing together patient acquisition, intake, care delivery, provider operations, and analytics into one complete platform, Launchpad removes the barriers that have historically made virtual care difficult to build and scale.
