Are the Personalized Supplements included?
Each member’s biomarker and intake data inform a recommended supplement formula as part of their wellness plan. The supplements themselves are delivered as an ongoing add-on subscription, shipped directly to the member.

Who reviews the results?
A licensed clinician analyzes every panel and reviews results with the member in a 1:1 virtual visit. All clinical recommendations, including any medication pathways are determined exclusively by licensed healthcare providers following individualized clinical evaluation.
How often can members retest?
Members can test up to four times per year — initial test and quarterly retesting. Updated results refine the member’s program and inform an updated supplement formulation.
How do members complete testing?
Members complete testing with convenient at-home collection kits, or at a partner lab where available — results flow straight back into their personalized plan.
Is this offered under my brand?
Yes. The member experience — testing, app, reports, communications, and supplement packaging — is white-labeled under your brand, powered by OpenLoop’s virtual care infrastructure.
Do I need to be a healthcare company to offer this?
