OpenLoop Sees Huge Growth In First Half Of 2021

OpenLoop, a white-label telehealth company that powers virtual health care services across the country, has grown exponentially in the first half of 2021 to match the booming demand for telehealth visits ignited by the COVID-19 pandemic.

To better accommodate that surge, OpenLoop opened a headquarters office in downtown Des Moines, Iowa in January of this year. Since then, the OpenLoop team has increased by a whopping 625%, jumping from four employees to 25. That rise in headcount has allowed them to hire a full-time team of licensing and credentialing experts, dedicated clinician advocates to support their providers 24/7 and sales, marketing, product and development teams to continue pushing their services forward. With no plans to slow momentum, OpenLoop is actively hiring in the areas of development, product and growth.

Over the last six months, the entire company has been dedicated to the constant development of their clinician-facing and client-facing software to deliver the highest quality user experience for seamless staffing, scheduling and scaling. This has led to the signing of 16 new clients spanning the fertility, primary care, hormone, women’s health, addiction treatment, smoking cessation and obstetrics industries since the beginning of January with a healthy pipeline to close out the second half of the year.

The OpenLoop network of clinicians has also expanded. With over 6,500 fully-vetted, multi-state providers, OpenLoop’s network is one of the largest and most vast. This enables them to quickly match their clients with the right physicians, nurses and specialists aligned to their unique needs, values and culture. In fact, their clinicians have successfully filled 1000+ shifts for clients across the US in Q1 & Q2 of 2021 alone. That’s almost 8,500 patients served!
