Bipartisan Lawmakers Present Bill to Solidify Telehealth Flexibilities

Called the Telehealth Modernization Act of 2024, the bill is an updated version of legislation introduced in 2021. The bill would also allow the use of telehealth for hospice care and home dialysis assessments if clinically appropriate. Numerous trade organizations approve of the bill. These organizations inlcude Trinity Health, Mass General Brigham, Amwell, Teladoc Health.
