About the Role OpenLoop is looking for a Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for being the internal expert on complex and evolving accounting topics such as revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting (ASC 842), stock-based compensation, business combinations (ASC 805), and others. The position will provide accounting leadership and due diligence support for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives, ensuring proper treatment and alignment with reporting requirements. As we scale, a dedicated resource ensures our accounting policies, memos, and disclosures evolve appropriately.
